Long built the foundation of his technical consultative expertise during the early 2000s in the highly demanding international human resources and remuneration advisory sectors. He spent a defining tenure at the multinational human resources firm Mercer, serving as a Senior Regional Remuneration & Benefits Consultant and the Global Mobility Practice Leader for Australia and New Zealand.
